Shabari – dance drama MSDC
Shabari a peerless dance-drama production by Mamata Shankar Dance Company or MSDC. The production was based on the epic Ramayana. Smt. Mamata Shankar and her team members did an excellent performance with their practice, dedication and loyalty to their dance.
Here I am trying to document every moment of Shabari dance-drama production. I am also narrating the story for the viewers/readers to connect themselves with the series of still pictures.
Shabari – epitome of patience, perseverance, devotion, purity and spirit of service.
Early Life:
Shabari a tribal, Bhil girl born in a hunter’s family. She was a brave, witty and very lively girl. In her childhood she never like to take non vegetarian foods though she was from a hunter’s daughter. She never thought of to kill the animals for sustaining her life.
Her friends were really astonished in her bravery and boldness. They love her very much and follow her leadership.
